38th Annual Buford Pusser Festival — May 14–16, 2026
Thursday, May 14th — Festival opens 5:00pm at Adamsville City Park. Carnival rides and petting zoo all days. Great vendors & fair food. Free concert at City Park begins at 5:00pm with Wayne Jerrolds.
Friday, May 15th — Festival opens 5:00pm. 2026 Walking Tall Pageant. 5:00pm The Marty. Free concerts at City Park begin at 5:00pm with Elvis (Steve Warren) and the Dwight Wadkins Band. Bring lawn chairs!
Saturday, May 16th — Festival opens 3:00pm. Bus Tour to Cinematic & Historic Sites begins boarding at the museum. Hub City Wrestling 5:00pm at Adamsville City Park Ballfields. Free concerts at City Park begin at 5:00pm with Bryan Moffitt and Wayne Jerrolds.

The 50th Anniversary Memorial
The museum will open today around 1:00 pm after the 50th anniversary memorial of Buford's death. Please join us at the crash site at 12:00 noon.
